Short history
About 1997 the great game of Across was born, created by the famous Balázs Rózsa.
Maybe some of you remember the old DOS game Across. Yes? So, Elastomania is the new version of Across,
with enhanced graphics, better performance, other new features, and more (old and new) levels.
Miscellaneous
You can create (or find on the Internet) your own cool levels Check out the build-in level editor.
(Hint: You must first complete 5 levels to be allowed to use the editor!)
If you want to know more about creating and managing levels, see Levels
If you're tired of the textures in the game, you can make your own skins(so called LGRs) with
the LGR development kit (see downloads)
or simply find some on the Internet
If you want to use for each level a different skin, you can make a lgrlist.txt file
To learn more about creating and managing LGRs, see LGRs
Another new feature is the Multiplayer game. You can now either try to compete with a friend
or you can build a team and play together. So you can divide the job into two parts - each player
makes one part (e.g.One player collects some apples, and the other player the rest).
Elastomania runs also on UNIX systems (but it was no easy to work out on my system, but now it's ok).
See how to do this here
